The project, part of a whole-home remodel, required the complete relocation of all bathroom plumbing and the creation of a separate water closet.

In order to check all possible boxes on the clients’ wish list, clever space-maximizing solutions were necessary. Separate his-and-hers vanities allow for both larger vanities and greater storage space, and a corner shower leaves room for a luxurious soaking tub. The bath may have a relatively small footprint, but it is hardly lacking in luxury design elements, including book-matched, leathered granite countertops and shower walls, a solid teak tub backdrop and unique barn doors separating the bath from the master closet. Strategically placed LED lighting in the shower niche and under the vanities adds soothing ambient lighting and lends a feeling of openness to the space.
