Cheng, Tonusa Unveil ‘elements’

You may know Fu-Tung Cheng from such designs as his sinks for Elkay, his concrete countertop exchange, his GeoCrete products, his work with Zephyr–he’s kind of a Renaissance designer. And now, Cheng has partnered with k&b manufacturer Tonusa to create a line of modern kitchen cabinetry called elements.
The cabinetry meets the E-1 European standard for emissions and are constructed from FSC-certified woods.
Hettich International supplies the soft-close hinges and drawer-runners for the line.

An interesting design, ultra modern. Stainless counter designs like this can get really pricey.
I don’t think I would care for the upper cabinetry being so high in the air. It would make it difficult for shorter folks to reach things.
I have never heard of Fu-Tung Cheng, but I’m going to do an Internet search and check out some of his stuff.
Thanks for sharing
