While the selection of products available for kitchen design has long seemed boundless, the assortment of items that could be used in a kitchen created for those with physical limitations has – in the past – been limited.
But that was then. Today, functional design has become an expected component in most kitchen products – from appliances to cabinets to fixtures. Even the most beautiful and elegant products in the kitchen now have a great deal of functionality built into the design.
