Sumner, WA — Steve Bell, founder and CEO of Pacific Crest Industries, the Sumner, WA-based manufacturer of Bellmont Cabinetry and the Amero Cabinet Collection, has received the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur Of The Year” 2008 Award in the manufacturing category for the Pacific Northwest, the company announced.

The award, which recognizes “outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic, growing businesses, was presented at a gala event in June. Bell is now eligible for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year national awards program, Pacific Crest said.

Founded in the early 1980s, Pacific Crest manufactures two lines of cabinetry: Bellmont Cabinetry, a custom line, and Amero Cabinet Collection, a semi-custom line. The company has been focused on environmental sensitivity and has been involved in community outreach programs both locally and abroad.
