New York, NY — SMEG USA, the New York-based manufacturer of upscale appliances, has undergone a corporate restructuring and is reaffirming its ongoing commitment to the U.S. market, the firm has announced.

SMEG USA, a unit of Italian parent company SMEG SPA, said last month that it “has every intention to continue growing and expanding in the U.S. market.”

The company manufactures and markets an appliance line that includes cooktops, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, refrigeration and ventilation products.
