A new addition to the Garden State Tile Porcelain and Wall Tile Collections is the Marrakesh series, a line reminiscent of traditional 10th century Moroccan Zellige Tiles, notes the firm. Recognized as an early ancestor of subway tile, the art of Zellige tile has been passed down from generation to generation, paving the way for today’s ceramic and porcelain interpretations. Marrakesh wall tiles are available in 6″x6″ glossy ceramic format in 10 colors, while Marrakesh porcelain tiles are offered in 8″x8″ matte format in four colors with coordinating decos. Marrakesh mosaics are 2″x2″ unglazed porcelain stoneware and available in five colors with a dimensional fabric texture.
