Before
Part of a larger scope of work for the renovation of an entire apartment, this powder room had to be reduced in size in order to expand the footprint of the adjacent kitchen. Designer Sandra Diaz-Velasco of Eolo A&I Design, Inc. in Miami, FL was tasked with creating a powder room design that would make full use of the limited space in order to provide the necessary “wow” factor.

After
By reconfiguring the space to situate a recessed sink on the wall across from the door, Diaz-Velasco created a stunning focal point with a Gessi faucet that drops down from the ceiling. A Duravit toilet mounted on the farthest wall from the entrance provides both privacy and space savings. A monochromatic color palette creates a cohesive, unfussy look when combined with the geometric aesthetic of the space.
