Las Vegas, NV — Las Vegas will be the site of this month’s AWFS Fair, hosted by the Association of Woodworking & Furnishings Suppliers. The biennial event, which was started in 1957, will take place from July 18 through July 21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The Gala Event celebrating the Fair’s 50th anniversary will be held on Thursday, July 19. Hosting will be Richard Karn, known for his role as Al Borland, Tim Allen’s sidekick, on the television sitcom “Home Improvement.” The gala will feature a special ceremony honoring the winners of The Sequoia New Product Awards, The Fresh Wood Student Competition, and the Wood 100 (Wood & Wood Products magazine’s award for the 100 fastest growing companies).
