SEN-Led Seminar Series Begins in VA in May

Hackensack, NJ — Next month marks the 2008 kickoff for a three-city series of all-day seminars co-produced by Kitchen & Bath Design News and the SEN Design Group.

Now in its third year, the educational initiative, titled “Managing for Maximum Profit,” is aimed at giving dealers business management strategies they can implement to improve their firm’s financial performance.

The first seminar is scheduled for Friday, May 16 at the Hilton in Springfield, Springfield, VA.

“Managing for Maximum Profit” will also be offered June 6 in Cincinnati and Nov. 7 in Orlando. Specific locations for those sessions will be announced in the near future.

Each seminar is led by Ken Peterson, CKD, president of the Chapel Hill, NC-based SEN Design Group, and Tom Blau, v.p./education for SEN.

Topics include factors in maximizing business owner income and profit; management tools that preserve pre-planned gross margins; ways to create accurate and reliable financial statements, guaranteeing a maximum ROI and more. Each seminar also includes a two-hour, post-event reception at the showroom of a leading kitchen and bath dealer.
