Burnsville, MN — Industry leaders from around the globe gathered at the 11th annual Surface Fabrication & Design Expo held in Las Vegas in February. The three-day trade show and educational conference, owned and operated by the Burnsville, MN-based Cygnus Expositions, a unit of Kitchen & Bath Design News’ parent company, Cygnus Business Media, targeted countertop fabricators, specifiers and architects.

The Expo was also the venue for the annual meeting of the International Solid Surface Fabricators Association (ISSFA), which featured a general session and keynote. At the general session, Todd Werstler of Tower Industries was installed as the new ISSFA president.

The 2009 Surface Fabrication & Design Expo will take place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, Feb. 19-21.
