Wellborn Delivery Specialists Honored
Ashland, AL Two Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. delivery specialists have
been recognized by the state of Alabama for outstanding
achievements in safe driving, the company has announced.
Joe Clark and Jack Smith, Sr. were presented awards during the
Alabama Trucking Association’s Safety and Maintenance Management
Council annual awards banquet held recently in Birmingham, AL.
Cited for safe driving as well as their contributions toward
improving the image of those in their chosen profession, Clark was
awarded 1st runner up to Alabama’s driver-of-the Year while Smith,
Sr. received the award for 2nd runner up.
Clark and Smith, Sr. were chosen for these honors by a panel of
highway safety experts and from among hundreds of drivers nominated
by their employers throughout the state of Alabama, the company
added.
