HOWARD LAKE, MN — Dura Supreme, the Howard Lake, MN-based manufacturer of semi-custom framed and frameless cabinetry, has acquired Bertch Cabinet Mfg. in a move to expand the company’s footprint in the premium, semi-custom cabinetry market, the companies announced.
The acquisition, whose terms were not disclosed, “brings together two highly regarded companies with well-known brands in the premium kitchen cabinetry and premium bath cabinetry market,” according to Dura Supreme, which is owned by the Greenwich, CT-based private equity firm GHK Capital Partners LP.
Headquartered in Waterloo, IA, the 40-year-old Bertch manufactures semi-custom bath cabinetry and kitchen cabinetry for a nationwide network of dealers.
