LONDON — Compusoft + 2020, the global provider of software and content solutions for residential spaces, has completed the acquisition of Logicom, the owner of Virtual Worlds, a leading bathroom and kitchen software provider in the UK, the company announced.
Virtual Worlds offers design, visualization, quoting, invoicing and 4D technology-led software solutions aimed at providing consumers with a fully immersive buying experience.
The acquisition strengthens Compusoft + 2020’s offering for the kitchen and bathroom market and will enable the combined group to provide customers “with the most complete solution in the space leveraging the broadest range of manufacturer catalogues and pricing content,” corporate officials said.
