WINKLER, MANITOBA — Elias Woodwork, the Canada-based manufacturer of cabinetry and millwork components, has marked its 40th year in business with an anniversary celebration that included food trucks, live bands and a fireworks display, the company said.
In 1983, Ron Elias and brothers John and Ralph Fehr purchased Elias Woodwork, then a one-man cabinet shop by Peters Elias, who worked out of a small garage on his side yard. The company has since doubled in manufacturing capacity and sales every four years, according to company officials.
