New concept showroom delivers on all aspects of remodeling

Always looking for ways to innovate and improve his showroom to create a unique space to his customers, Kamer Kosedag, CKBD, founder and CEO of South Bay Design Center and Atrium Design Center, in Lomita, CA, is about to finish an expansion to a 30,000-sq.-ft., one-of-a-kind, ultra-modern building where he is creating a new concept. His vision is to have all aspects of home remodeling at a customer’s fingertips under one roof. He is bringing together everything that clients need to complete their projects – appliances, flooring, lighting, cabinets, fixtures, countertops and professional designers – in one place.

The new showroom showcases over 18 full kitchens, 10 bathrooms, laundry rooms and built-ins and sits directly on the Pacific Coast Highway in the heart of the South Bay, with neighboring towns such as Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills Estates, Torrance, Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.

Kosedag also worked on a showhouse in Redondo Beach at the same time he was building the Atrium. The showhouse is super high-end and features a dance floor made of glass, a glass bridge to a spa, infinity pool and more.
