NKBA Names ‘Thirty Under 30’ for 2019

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) has announced the members of its Class of 2019 ‘Thirty Under 30’ design professionals, who will be recognized at Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), to be held in Las Vegas in February.

Launched in 2013, the ‘Thirty Under 30’ program was created to “capture the voice of the next generation of design professionals,” according to NKBA, with the young designers sent out in teams to peruse the KBIS show floor in search of the “best of” products and innovations. This year’s winning picks will announced at the first-ever 30s Choice Awards, to be held on the KBIS NeXT Stage on February 21st.

The winning products and innovations are “sure to provide some key insights about what the next generation views as important developments in all aspects of the kitchen and bath space, from advances in technology to design components and product innovations that will serve as game-changers for kitchens and baths today and in the future,” NKBA said, noting that the 2019 Thirty Under 30 program is sponsored by Wilsonart and Signature Kitchen Suite appliances.

“We’re proud to introduce another outstanding class of accomplished young professionals,” stated Bill Darcy, NKBA Chief Executive Officer. “We believe in a vibrant and robust future for this industry, and these talented individuals are standard-bearers and examples for their peers. Our aim is that this honor helps them in their continuing professional development, as they grow into their roles as the next generation of industry leaders.”
