Grill Cooking Surfaces

The Series 9 DCS Grill from DCS/Fisher & Paykel sports a secondary cooking surface with multi-level, moveable shelves. Hood lighting illuminates the cooking surface, while lighted controls show which burner is in use. The Charcoal/Smoker insert allows for direct or indirect smoking and cooking on lump coal, briquettes or wood.
