The Bosch 800 Series industrial-style rangetop, available in 30″ and 36″, features front-controlled knobs, continuous cast iron grates and pedestal feet. Six high-efficiency burners are showcased on the 36″ model, including two 18K BTU dual-flame burners and 77,000 total BTUs. The Dual-Flame Ring Burner allows users to go from one small flame for precise simmering, to a dual flame for boiling with just one burner and two concentric rings of flames.
