With its first foray into the wine refrigeration and preservation category, Fisher & Paykel has launched its Integrated Wine Column. Working alongside prominent master sommeliers, the company created the wine column, which includes a 91-bottle capacity, UV-filtering glass door and customizable exterior panel. The unit also includes dual variable temperature zones which offers four wine modes for red, white, sparkling and cellar, and all temperature settings are adjustable in 1-degree increments between 43-64 degrees F. The stainless steel interior features 13 full-extension racks with white oak shelving and customizable LED display lighting, with independent cradles that can be adjusted to a display angle, while a chalk pencil and aluminum labels enable the categorizing of the wine. Included is Fisher & Paykel’s ActiveSmart technology, and the column comes equipped with a quiet, low-vibration compressor and absorptive materials to minimize movement.
