According to Forza, the company is introducing the first 48” single-cavity oven. The firm reports that the 7.8 cubic feet oven, with over 40” of clearance, features enough room to fit a full goat or lamb on its MaxRotisserie accessory, a couple of turkeys or one full commercial tray plus one-half commercial tray. It can go from 0 to 400 degrees in eight minutes, features the MassimoBlu Hyper Double Broiler, and has a total cooktop power of 128,000 BTU.
