Signature Kitchen Suite has expanded its line of built-in kitchen appliances with the addition of an undercounter wine refrigerator with Wine Cave Technology, which minimizes vibration, temperature fluctuations, limits light exposure and optimizes humidity. The 24” panel-ready model holds 41 bottles of wine and features dark-tinted, triple-panel glass to protect the wine from damaging UV light, unfinished wood shelves, and two independent temperature zones that can be set between 41 and 64 degrees Fahrenheit. The Signature Sommelier App and WiFi Connectivity app helps wine collectors manager their personal wine collections with photos of labels, noting shelf placement. Powered by Wine Ring’s machine learning, the mobile app software learns preferences and makes recommendations, including food and wine pairings.
