Hybrid Fire Grill
This outdoor kitchen in Bridgehampton, NY features the Hybrid Fire Grill from Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet, which uses gas, wood and charcoal interchangeably and in any combination via the Hybrid Fire Grilling Drawer located below the cooking surfaces and above the grill’s Dragon Burners. The grill can cook low-and-slow barbecue at 225 degrees and sear steak at over 1,000 degrees. Fashioned from stainless steel, bronze and brass, the grill is available in three sizes. It is featured in this space alongside the company’s Gaucho Grill.
