DCS by Fisher & Paykel now offers the Power Burner accessory to accompany its stainless steel DCS grills. The Power Burner combines powerful heat with precise temperature control, ranging from 70,000 to 1,300 BTU to allow for rapid boil and gentle simmer. It works well for deep frying, wok cooking and rapid boiling commonly used with clambakes or crawfish boils. Features include a cast brass burner, two illuminated dials and grates specially designed to provide stability for pots and woks of all sizes. The DCS Power Burner is designed to accompany built-in outdoor kitchens.
