The unit includes five humidity levels and temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, while automatic programs and Home Connect offer guidance along the way. The full surface broiler behind glass allows for steaming, braising, baking, browning, broiling, gratinating, sous-vide cooking and even juice extracting. Functions include: precise slow cooking, 1 degree accurate sous vide, high temperature broiling, two-level baking and gentle steaming. Control and access to recipes is available via the Home Connect app.
