New from designer Phillipe Starck in partnership with Duravit, the Soleil bathtub features soft, refined lines, organic forms and a relaxed aesthetic at a competitive price point. The celebrated French designer and longtime Duravit partner drew inspiration from the sea, considering both its natural elements and restorative qualities, according to the company. Soleil’s freestanding oval bathtub mirrors the slightly outlined outer edge of the Soleil washbasin for a cohesive aesthetic and features two backrest slopes for added comfort along with a push-open valve. The tub is made from Duravit’s patented DuraSolid material, which hides joints and seams for a matte and velvety surface finish.
