With full surface induction technology, Gaggenau’s induction cooktop allows placement of cookware of all shapes and sizes anywhere within the cooking surface. The cooktops are available in 12″, 15″, 24″, 30″ and 36″ widths, with the 30″ and 36″ versions including the professional cooking function, which allows the user to set up to three pre-set heat zones and move the pan between them without having to interact with the controls. A standard cooking sensor of four models automatically senses the temperature inside the pot and controls it within 5 degrees.
