DALLAS, TX — Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., a Santa Monica, CA-based investment firm, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dimora Brands, a leading provider of branded specialty hardware aimed largely at the kitchen and bath market, corporate officials announced. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Dimora Brands, a Dallas-based supplier of high-end decorative and functional cabinet and door hardware, faucets, accessories and related products, was created in 2010 by the merger of Top Knobs and Hardware Resources. Its brands include Top Knobs, Atlas Homeware, Vesta, Watermark Designs, Water Street Brass, Du Verre, Hardware Resources, Jeffrey Alexander, Elements, Task Lighting, North Point Cabinetry and KasaWare. Operating divisions serve kitchen and bath dealers, custom cabinet makers, independent hardware stores and other leading specifiers.
