What it is: An app to get rid of old tweets
What it does: Keep or Delete allows the user to delete old tweets with the swipe of a finger. Simply by signing into Twitter through the app, the user can then go through a history of tweets and delete them by swiping left, or keep them by swiping right. Setting up a deletion delay allows you to get a tweet back for up to five minutes if deleted by mistake. The app also has the ability to store multiple Twitter accounts so it’s not necessary to log in every time the app is opened. Twitter only allows the user to view and/or delete the last 3,200 tweets, so in order to be able to get rid of tweets beyond that, the user’s Twitter archive can be imported and then through the app settings, the tweets can be put in order or just show messages from a defined period of time. The cost is $.99.
Who it’s for: Business professionals and social media users
Why kitchen and bath designers need it: Because Twitter’s platform is geared towards brief, spur-of-the-moment comments, you could easily rack up hundreds of tweets in the blink of an eye. In business, reputation is important and nothing can sully a reputation faster than an old, seemingly inconsequential comment posted for all the world to see. In order to maintain your business’ stellar reputation, regular housekeeping of your social media accounts is necessary, and this is a simple way to get it done.
