What it does: Expensify enables users to easily produce expense reports, reimburse employees for work-related expenses and flag expenses that need managerial review. By photographing a receipt, a user can automatically generate an expense report and submit it for approval and reimbursement. The app syncs with many major accounting and finance software programs, including Quickbooks, Oracle, Sage and Xero. Additionally, the app’s ReceiptBurner can automatically import receipts from other apps, such as Uber and Spot Hero. A free individual plan is available, as well as paid Team and Corporate plans.
