Color Options for Pro-Style Range

Forza has introduced three new color options for its pro-style gas ranges: Radicale Red, Ardente Orange and Ribelle Yellow. Forza’s radical Italian design and race car-inspired lines are enhanced even further through the introduction of its new warm color palette, which allows home chefs to express creativity through their cuisine and kitchen design. The ranges feature the proprietary MassimoBlu Double Broiler, which showcases an 18,000 BTU blue flame that evenly distributes heat for maximum convection performance and consistent results, the firm notes. Both the 36″ and 30″ models feature the industry’s widest oven cavity at their respective sizes, the company adds, with up to 6 cu. ft. of usable oven space to fit commercial-sized cooking trays. Ranges include a fully extendable, telescopic glide rack to easily slide dishes in and out, a soft-closing door system and double halogen lamps for viewing through its uniquely shaped oven window.
